Ouch, I got it and it stinks. Is riding making it worse? Did my biking start it? I can't figure it out. |

Wampuscat:
Yes bike riding can trigger inflammation to the same tendon (tenodonitis) involved in tennis elbow. You may want to take it easy on the bike, look at using bar ends to allow multiple hand positions to help decrease fixed position riding which can trigger the tendonitis and use front suspension with slight softer settings to decrease the high frequency low impact vibrations that are transmitted to the handle bars such as when riding on gravely surfaces. If the pain worsens or persists, visit with your doctor or an orthopedic doctor.
