Well, the Spring Championship Series is over; Susan and I again wish to express our thanks to all the mountain bikers, parents, friends, volunteers, sponsors and supporters who have made the last 30+ years of mountain bike racing in Texas such a success. Those same 30 years, the mountain bikers have made Bluff Creek Ranch a success. Mountain bikers have helped build many great sections of trails including PayDirt Bridge, Mule Trace, The Palisades, Gas Pass, The Wall (Miss Annie Itsagonnahert) many sections of trails in the Hundred (now the 30) Aker Woods, The BMX, The Roller Coasters, Sidewinder, and Outback. We could not have pulled it off without you. Scott Schaefer and Paul Uhl a special thanks to you as well as Myron Brown, Damon Nolan, Dan Murphy and Mike Gladu for Texas State Championship Series Mountain Bike Races happen at Bluff Creek Ranch. We could not have done it without you!

We were blessed in another way, there was just some brief rain showers on 5/16/2021 Sunday Race day, and none on 5/15 Saturday race day but the skies opened up over Warda today with almost 2 inches of rain! Thank God the needed rains held off for a day.

The new owners of Bluff Creek Ranch, Breck and Jeannine Powers, are carrying on the blessings on to the mountain bikers by building more trails and raising Bluff Creek Ranch up another notch of quality. Mountain bikers help will always be welcome at Bluff Creek Ranch.

We have had a great 30 years with mountain bikers in Texas and hope to see you come to Angel Fire, New Mexico, where we now live, and there is WONDERFULLY, COOL mountain biking in the summer with temps in the 60 to 70s compared to what we know too well in Texas summers!

Thank y'all and God Bless y'all!!!

Susan and Paul (AKA The Bike Doc) Nolan
