I am no Doctor.
But, most all my back pains have been overcome by doing abdominal exercises. |

If that is the main ill effect, I quit.
Do not even desire to know the minor ill effects. If sleep decreases with age then I'm okay to sleep less. Thank you Doctor. Always appreciated. -Scott |

As a sleep aid, I take a 3mg. tablet nightly.
Are there any ill effects, or damage associated with continued usage of Melatonin? Thanks. |

I tryed baby wipes from my daughter's diaper bag once.
Now, it is all I ever use after the away rides/races. Perfect for clean-up with no saddle sores or rash breakouts. VERY CHEAP! |
