I think it also has to do with where you live, like Austin doesn't have many 'flat' or 'steady' roads.
I am always trying to focus on the weaknesses. Spinning, flats, high end, climbing...etc. Som ... |

They are really both fit and healthy. One just goes longer, while one goes faster shorter. they just happen to train their bodies for different types of abuse.-wink | |

Is it the actual shin, or the muscle next to the shin. You use those muscles to 'pull' up your up stroke and when running. I don't know dude, sounds like its either time off, or a little pain.-wink | |

Yeah, Lance is like 3%. If you get down to 1% its unhealthy. Most people are above 10%, unless you live in houston its 30%. | |
