Hey Doc, I've been having lower back pain for a few weeks now, is it my bad sitting posture or too many hours on the bike? Also what can I do to reduce the pain?

tpletcher:

Check to make sure your saddle has not slipped back on the rales making you have to reach farther for the handlebars and unduely stretching your back. If your seat position is good, look at getting a shorter stem if you find you are over reaching for the bars. Add daily stretching exercises to keep your back muscles limber.

Thanks,
