Feel bad and weak when I haven't eaten in a few hours.
Foul smelling urine, not everytime but sometimes

M9:
You have hypertriglyceridemia which can be caused by several diseases. One is an inherited disorder of familial hypertriglyceridemia. Diabetes can cause this but your blood sugars are normal. However, you may be prediabetic and have high insulin levels due to insulin resistance. Excess alcohol consumption can pump your triglycerides up. There are several more possibilities. I would recommend and evaluation by a compitent Internist (a specialist of medical disorders in adults) to try to elucidate the cause.
