thanks, for the reply doc. haven't changed anything on the bike for a long time.....been using the ultegra pedals and cleats forever (whatever cleats have the float in them),they are worn out tho. too ...

doc, the pain isn't under the knee cap, it's about 1-1.5 inches above knee and towards inner part of leg.....saddle height hasn't changed, and i'll try to stay off ladders, although i need them where ...

sitting @ a red light yesterday, about 300 ft from starting a road ride, the light turns green and as i start to push the right crank arm down i get a pretty decent shot of pain on just on the inside ...

Cool tums ex helps if everything you're doing is right....i start taking them about an hour into a ride then one to two per hour after that as needed...
