I had the trauma nose thing, and had surgery last year to fix the deviated septum. Can breathe though my nose now!

I think it also has to do with where you live, like Austin doesn't have many 'flat' or 'steady' roads.

They are really both fit and healthy. One just goes longer, while one goes faster shorter. they just happen to train their bodies for different types of abuse.-wink

Is it the actual shin, or the muscle next to the shin. You use those muscles to 'pull' up your up stroke and when running. I don't know dude, sounds like its either time off, or a little pain.-wink

Yeah, Lance is like 3%. If you get down to 1% its unhealthy. Most people are above 10%, unless you live in houston its 30%. Very Happy
